The following are new features and changes introduced in Agiblocks version 3.21.0.
Delivery Terms Differentiation Traders can now create contracts where the delivery terms can be varied per shipment along with corresponding price adjustments. In a contract, a trader can tick a box next to fields for the delivery terms (INCO term, Port/City, and if applicable a specific Warehouse) to indicate that deviation from these terms can be agreed later.
Once this box is ticked, users can use the Surcharges editor on the Risk Tab to change the delivery terms of the open quantity or a specific shipment and enter a surcharge that will be included in the price. These changed delivery terms are then propagated to logistics, document generation and reporting.
Support for European / International Date Format Where dates need to be entered, you can now enter it in the standard format of their language. Agiblocks will support a standard date format for the language passed on by the web browser. In most common cases this means that the language configured on your computer will be automatically be used.
Some browsers like Google Chrome will ignore the computer’s configuration and instead pass to Agiblocks a language configured in the browser’s own settings. Fresh installations of such browsers will likely have the same language configured as the computer. Users of older operating systems may also experience such behaviour.
Multi-line Deliveries Composed in the Unit of Reservation Until now assigning reservations or parts of them to transports could only be done in metric tons. This would be problematic when your reservation was in LB or Bushels. You can now enter the quantity to add to the transport in the same unit as the reservation.
Logistics Delivery Number in Mark to Market A column for the logistics delivery number has been added to the MTM detail screens and the MTM downloads.
