Version 3.22.1 is a minor release that fulfills a variety of customer support requests. Incoming invoice allocation was slightly changed in this release.
Incoming Invoice Allocation on Split Deliveries
A change has been made in how incoming invoices are allocated to a delivery if the delivery is split after the invoice allocation is done. Now the invoice amount will also be split according to the quantity of the split deliveries. Example:
A delivery of 2,700.000 MT of White sugar is split into 2 deliveries, each with 1,350.00 MT.
Any incoming invoice for goods or costs that has been allocated to this delivery will now be split into two lines with each line amount calculated using the percentage of the split quantity.
The invoice split is also reflected in the Delivery Cost Analysis section under the Delivery Financial tab.
