On a contract Risk tab, the futures price of the valuation period and premium of the reporting period have been added as display values on the right hand side of the Position section. When Ratio based pricing is used rather than Differentials, the market ratio will be shown for the reporting period. All these are taken from the latest values recorded on the market data screen. There is also now a total.
If there is no Market data entered, N/A will appear for the reporting value.
For positions without a valuation instrument, only the full market price is displayed, which is then taken from the market premium in the market data. There is no reporting line or total.
New permission View market value
A permission is needed to see Market data on the risk tab. The permission is called View market value and it is found under the Market data section on the Permissions screen.
If a user does not have this permission, the Position area displays only the valuation and reporting information.
