New in Agiblocks 3.20.2

Top  Previous  Next

Agiblocks version 3.20.2 now allows a user to copy the first delivery cost sheet on a contract when using the copy contract function.   The Price per contract reporting data model was updated with 7 new fields from Inventory and Contract data.

Copy Contract Cost Sheets

The copy contract feature will now allow you to copy cost sheet information into a new contract.

When you start to copy a contract you get a pre-populated form that you can amend and save. You will also now see a check box “Copy cost sheet” under the Trade Date field.

Copy contract cost sheet check box

If the “Copy cost sheet” check box is ticked, Agiblocks will create a saved cost sheet for each contract delivery line. Normal system cost items (like Purchase/Sale) will be copied along with any additional cost items from the first cost sheet of the contract being copied.

Leaving the check box blank creates a copy of the contract with a blank cost sheet for each contract delivery. Cost sheets must be filled in and saved, just like when creating a new contract.

Note: This feature is only available for the Copy contract function, not for creating Back-to-back contracts.

Example:
