Agiblocks v3.16.3 contains a change to show cost sheets for floating inventory lots and to show cost information in a cost of goods value field.  The release also fulfills other customer requests and contains some bug fixes.

 

Inventory Cost Enhancements

Costing for inventory lots has been enhanced as follows:

 

1.The screen for an inventory lot now also shows a cost sheet when it is a floating inventory lot.
2.All inventory cost sheets show now for each Goods item in a foreign currency,  not only the current value in company currency but also the value on the purchase date (the first date it was both received and priced). This field is named the COG value. The COG values in this field remain 0.00 until the goods are both received and priced.

 

Logistic Reporting Model Update

The Logistic report model for Inventory has 2 new fields, Cog Value and Cog Currency to reflect the total of the COG values on the cost sheet for the remaining quantity of the inventory lot. Also added were Lot Nr and Production Id.

 

Permissions Enhancements

Several permissions were added to make it possible to control access to certain screens separately (they used to be controlled using another permission):

 

From “Position: View Position” the following permissions were made separate:

•Position group:
▪Export Position
•MtM group:
▪View Unrealized P&L
▪Past Realized P&L
▪View Current Realized P&L

 

From “Futures: Edit Futures” the following permissions were made:

•Futures group:
▪Upload broker statements

 

Users who had been assigned the previous permissions automatically are assigned all of the new permissions.
